Refunds
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Two situations, one outcome: a full refund, no argument.
We miss the 72-hour delivery
Both paid services are delivered within 72 hours of everything needed to do the work reaching us. If that deadline passes without a delivery, the payment is refunded in full. You do not have to ask twice, and you do not have to accept a late delivery instead.
The draft is unusable and one revision does not fix it
If what we deliver is not usable, tell us what is wrong and we will revise it once. If the revision still does not work for you, the payment is refunded in full. You keep whatever was delivered; there is nothing to send back.
“Unusable” is your call, not ours. We would rather refund a customer who is unconvinced than argue about whether a deliverable technically met a bar.
How to ask
Email hello@deadlinescan.com with the order and one line about which of the two situations applies. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to appear.
What this does not cover
The scanner is free, so there is nothing to refund on it. Work already quoted and agreed by email for a larger estate follows the same two rules unless the quote says otherwise in writing before you pay.
